Buhari wey condemned the recent leadership crisis within the APC, emphasized the need for peaceful conflict resolution in line with the party’s constitution. He then called for the immediate suspension of all pending litigations involving the party and its members, and in a veiled threat to preempt any further litigation by members of the sacked NWC, the president read the riot act saying: “The directive had been issued before, unfortunately, some members failed to heed the directive. Thus, at this time, it must be made a resolution of the party, which must be effectively enforced with dire consequences for members who choose to ignore the directive.”
