REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD HOLD PERSONAL DEVOTION -Dr D.K. Olukoya

This why you should have personal devotion

An encounter with the Lord through daily devotion is the best way to start a day. You will get extraordinary strength to surmount the day’s challenges and succeed.

MOUNTAIN TOP LIFE DEVOTIONAL has several unique features. It requires that you deepen your walk with God by keeping appointments with Him twice a day (morning and evening). Therefore, you will find this guide on how to use it useful and very rewarding:

MORNING
1. Begin with praise, worship and singing of hymns to the Almighty God. Choose a hymn from the selection provided for each month and use for each day.

2. Study the Fire Scripture for the day. Each Fire Scripture is from 1 to 12 verses maximum.

3. Memorise the Memory Verse for the Day. There are 365 for you to memorise this year. You will be richly blessed!.

4. Read and meditate on the message for the day.

5. Pray the prayer points for the morning session.

6. Apply the motivational quote.

7. Claim the prophetic Word.

EVENING
1. Praise and worship the Almighty God.

2. Read the Bible in one year (New and Old Testaments).

3. Pray the evening prayer points before you go to bed.

4. Keep a diary or jotter to record new insights, revelations, instructions and progress you gain daily.

5. Also keep a record of all answered prayers and be thankful to God for them.

However, if you have not given your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, you must take that step immediately. Confess your sins to the Lord and ask Him to come into your life and be your personal Lord and Saviour. Then you can join other saints to enjoy the blessing this devotional offers.

We believe and pray that as you daily seek the Lord with this devotional, you will have a remarkable encounter to help you prevail and prosper everyday. Most importantly, it is hoped that the manual will equip and prepare you for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Have a divinely rewarding experience, in Jesus’ name! Amen.
