WORSHIP & PRAISE;
1. Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
Let me hide myself in Thee;
Let the water and the blood,
From Thy riven side which flowed,

Save me from its guilt and power.

7 And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;

8 And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

9 Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY 10/01/23:
YOUR NATION SHALL BE DELIVERED, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

10-01-23 MESSAGE:

We have seen in clear terms and with convincing biblical proofs that God rewrites the history of individuals and families. Today, we will also learn how the Story Changer and Rewriter of History performs similar wonders in the affairs of nations. Indeed, God is awesome.

The Jews were slaves in Egypt for 430 years. When their hard bondage, suffering and pain became unbearable, they cried to God, the Story Changer and Rewriter of history. God answered their prayers by raising a deliverer for them in the person of Moses. He said, “I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows.

And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and Hittites, and Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites” (Exodus 3:7-8).

Israel’s destiny was trapped and under severe torment and perversion. Their enemies were the Pharaoh of Egypt, a terrible strong man, the gods of Egypt and the magicians and sorcerers. They could not free themselves from these stiff opposition and bitter enemies by themselves.

Hence, they cried to the Almighty God to deliver them and rewrite their history of slavery, pain, shame and destiny perversion that had lasted four generations. God arose with His purpose partner, Moses, and delivered Israel from the age-long bondage in a dramatic way, burying the stiff-necked Pharaoh in the Red Sea.

Similarly, Nebuchadnezzar and Babylon came under the severe judgement of God because the king had arrogated God’s glory to himself. Later, God showed His matchless compassion and restored the king, who began to praise and honour God, and the kingdom was restored (Daniel 4:28-37).

Dearly beloved, is your nation in need of intervention from the One who can change stories and rewrite histories? Go before Him in prayer of genuine repentance on behalf of your nation and commit yourself to consistent intercession for her.

God will arise and rewrite the history of your nation, in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Father, I thank You because You are the same yesterday, today and forever, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, You are the Governor among nations, rewrite the history of my nation, in the name of Jesus.

3. Blood of Jesus, purge my nation from her iniquities and their consequences, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

1. I break the curses working against my nation and keeping it in satanic subjugation, in the name of Jesus.

2. Evil powers assigned to redesign the destiny of my nation, your time is up, die, in the name of Jesus.

3. O God, arise and let the glory of my nation be restored, in the name of Jesus.

4. My nation (mention her name), come out of captivity. Arise and shine, in the name of Jesus.
