THURSDAY 3 JULY  PROPHETIC WORD:-

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

THURSDAY 3 JULY MESSAGE:-
In kingdom service, what you do must be from the heart. Why? The Bible says, “for the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the  behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him” (2 Chronicles 16:9).

Your brain is not as important as the heart in the service of the kingdom, neither are your activities as important as your activities as important as the motives behind those activities. The reason for this is that there is a reward for service and your service must meet heaven’s standard. Colossians 3:24 affirms, “Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.” When you serve the Lord Christ.”

When you serve the Lord with the right heart, He is sure to fulfill His word in your life. When God becomes the driving motive for your kingdom service, then every weight and hindrance such as pride, holier than thou attitude, church politics, or rebellion in kingdom service will not be mentioned among believers.

God-consciousness must be your motive in kingdom service. What do we mean by Consciousness? It means you are love-driven for the service of God. Notice Jesus,  when He was found in the temple, He replied His parent “How is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?” (Luke2:49). Jesus, our exemplary figure, was in no doubt a kingdom builder.

Coming out of a particular city,  His disciples gave Him meat and asked Him to eat but our Lord replied, “I have meat to eat that ye know not of.” The disciples became confused, asking one another if anyone had brought him something to eat. However, Jesus further answered them, “My meat is to do the will of Him that sent me and to finish His work (John 4:31-34). Do your work heartily as to the Lord?

Another important factor in kingdom service is the motive with which you do the work of God. Your motive must align with the word of God and must promote love in the kngdom as unto the Lord!

PRAYER POINTS:-

MORNING

1) O Lord, give me grace to serve You wholeheartedly, in the name of Jesus.

2) I reject eye-service and men-pleasing in my service to the Lord, in the name of Jesus.

3) I receive the grace to give the utmost to the Highest always, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4) O Lord, make me faithful in Your service, in the name of Jesus.

5) O Lord, make me self-sacrificing, in my service to You, in the name of Jesus.

6) Father, make my service be acceptable  to You, in the name of Jesus.

7) Holy Spirit, be my Guide and Senior Partner in my service to God and His Kingdom, in the name of Jesus.
