PRAISE & WORSHIP:

Numbers 13:25-33 [KJV]
25 And they returned from searching of the land after forty days.

26 And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land.

27 And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.

28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.

29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.

30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.

32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.

33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

18 MARCH MESSAGE:
Our subject of discussion for today has become very necessary so that many Christians will not remain mere church goers but heaven-bound believers. Strangely, many people go to church, but they are already dead spiritually.

Can we say therefore that such churches are spiritual cemeteries, because the people in them are spiritually dead and inactive? God is looking for Christian soldiers who are ready to take the battle to the enemy’s gate; believers who are ready to possess their possessions without bargaining with the enemy. Christian soldiers therefore cannot be baby Christians but mature believers, who have been tested and proven in the battlefield of life.

Can your faith stand the test of time? Are you mature enough to stand and face the enemy eyeball to eyeball? There are Christians who have passed through the rigorous process of growth unto maturity. Breaking evil strongholds and achieving spiritual breakthroughs are not mean feats achieved by Christian babies, but believers who are striving to maturity. What a tragedy when a person claims to be a believer and he or she does not grow in the Lord.

It is when individual Christians are growing that the church can grow. When men who are on fire for God gather together to hold fellowship and to pray, people in their environment will know that these are not ordinary people because they would tum their environment upside down for the Lord. Daniel 12:32 tells us that those who know their God shall do exploits. You must have a deep knowledge of God to do exploits.

Beloved, it is time to arise and begin to make positive spiritual impact where you are by taking your spiritual growth more seriously. When you grow, you can take responsibility and do exploits for God.

The old popular song of our forefathers in the Lord affirms this truth: “We are able to go up and take the country, to possess our land from Jordan to the sea, though the giants may be on the way to hinder, God will surely give us victory. Move on to the righteous side of God.”

It is only the spiritually mature that can take territories for the Lord. Arise, beloved, take your position in Christ. Get ready to do exploits.

PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Evil powers assigned to put off my spiritual fire, die, in the name of Jesus.

2. My voice shall not be a stranger to heaven, in the name of Jesus.

3. Hindrances to my spiritual growth, break by fire, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Evil powers assigned to quench the light of my glory, die, in the name of Jesus.

5. O God, arise and destroy the enemies of my spiritual growth, in the name of Jesus.

6. Wicked powers assigned to dry the well of my glory, die, in the name of Jesus.

7. Powers that are boasting that I will never rise and shine, die, in the name of Jesus.
