PRAISE & WORSHIP:
1 Let us, with a gladsome mind,
praise the LORD, for He is kind:

Hebrews 6:1-6

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

3 And this will we do, if God permit.

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

17/3/23 MESSAGE:
The reason many Christians are not able to do and achieve many things in the Lord is that they are not growing. It is when we grow spiritually that we can be on fire for God and able to do the things of the kingdom successfully here on earth.

Many believers are living in perpetual fear of the powers of darkness. Hence, they become incapacitated and unable to demonstrate the power of God in them. When a Christian is still focusing on “elementary principles”, drinking the milk of God’s Word, not the strong meat, he or she will lack the desired growth.

The power and fire of God cannot fill a believer who is not ready to do what it takes to obtain them; there is always a price to pay. Unfortunately, many believers are not ready to pay the price so they remain spiritual lilliputs and the enemy subjects them to all forms of spiritual slavery.

Lack of growth installs the enemy on the throne of the believer’s life and he rules and controls him. This is a real tragedy and a complete aberration of God’s will for our lives. God is looking for Christians who are ready to be on fire for Him. He is looking for those who are ready to pay the price for the next level of their spiritual experience. You must be ready to undergo thorough spiritual education in the schools of the Word, prayer and spiritual warfare.

Beloved, it may interest you to know that many people are too lazy to undergo the process of change that is needed to transform their lives to what God actually wants them to become. Such Christians will be living a life of defeat and despair, contrary to God’s instruction to arise and shine!

It is sad to know that many are not ready to plant anything which the Holy Spirit can fertilize. They forget completely that nothing can grow when nothing is planted. It is not enough going about as a born again, sanctified and Spirit-filled Christian. Your works must be seen as well.

James said it all in scriptures; “….show me your faith without works, and I will show you my faith by my works” (James 3:18). This implies that faith and works go together, and your works include growing spiritually into maturity, knowing and doing God’s will.

PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Anointing to do exploits for the Lord, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.

2. I refuse to be a spiritual dwarf, in the name of Jesus.

3. Any power resisting my spiritual growth, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Father Lord, deliver me from myself, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every spirit of spiritual laziness in my life, die now, in the name of Jesus.

6. Anointing that breaks the yoke, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.

7. Father Lord, deliver me from the spirit of stagnancy and move me forward by fire, in the name of Jesus.
