Welcome to MFM Devotional, 28\04\23

PRAISE & WORSHIP

Jesus only is our message,
Jesus all our theme shall be;
We will lift up Jesus ever,
Jesus only will we see. Jesus only, Jesus ever,

Jesus all in all we sing,
Savior, Sanctifier, and Healer,
Glorious Lord and coming King.

2 Jesus only is our Savior,
All our guilt He bore away,
He, our righteousness forever,
All our strength from day to day.

3 Jesus is our Sanctifier,
Saving us from self and sin,
And with all His Spirit’s fulness,
Filling all our hearts within.

4 Jesus only is our Healer,
All our sicknesses He bare,
And His risen life and fulness,
All His members still may share.

5 Jesus only is our Power,
He the gift of Pentecost;
Jesus, breathe Thy pow’r upon us,
Fill us with the Holy Ghost.

6 And for Jesus we are waiting,
List’ning for the Advent Call;
But ’twill still be Jesus only,
Jesus ever, all in all.

The death of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary will not go in vain in your life, in the name of Jesus.

FIRE SCRIPTURE: John 3:16-17 [KJV]
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

28\4\23 MESSAGE:
Have you heard about Jesus the only begotten son of God who died at Calvary for your sins? If not John 3:16 will introduce Him to you. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Some people are repulsed by the idea of eternal life because their lives are miserable. Beloved, eternal life is not an extension of man’s miserable, mortal life. Eternal life is God’s life embodied in Christ, given to all believers now as a guarantee that they will live forever. In eternal life there is no death, no evil or sin.

When we don’t surrender our lives to Christ, we live as though this life is all we have. In reality, this life is just the introduction, to eternity. Therefore, dearly beloved, receive this new life in Christ by faith. Jesus is the only ladder, road map and door to this everlasting joy which comes with you receiving and accepting Him as your only Saviour. He alone is the giver of salvation as our memory verse for today reads in (Acts 4:12).

To believe in Jesus is to put your trust and confidence in Him that HE alone can save you. It is to put Christ is charge of all your present and future plans. Believing is both trusting His words as reliable. It is also relying on Him for power to change.

If you have never trusted Christ, let this promise of everlasting life be yours now.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. I receive the power of resurrection of Jesus Christ now, in the name of Jesus.

2. Blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the cross at calvary atone for me now, in the name of Jesus.

3. Father Lord, have mercy on me and forgive me of all my sins, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. Blood of Jesus Christ, wash all my sins away now, in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Save me now and I shall be saved, in the name of Jesus.

6. Lord, save my soul, in the name of Jesus.

7. I shall not be a candidate of hell, in the name of Jesus.
