PRAISE & WORSHIP:

1 Father, hear the prayer we offer:
not for ease that prayer shall be,
but for strength that we may ever
live our lives courageously.

2 Not for ever in green pastures
do we ask our way to be;
but the steep and rugged pathway
may we tread rejoicingly.

3 Not for ever by still waters

28/12/22 MESSAGE:
We may hear of witnessing for Christ and not know the full import of the expression. I remember in those days that witch doctors did not really have sign boards to advertise themselves. What people who go to them do was to tell others who have a similar problem like them. They would say, “I have one witch doctors somewhere, this problem is very small for him.” And like that they began to be known all over the place to the point that people will travel from adjourning towns and villages. Why? It is because somebody said he cured them of a similar disease or sickness.

Witnessing for Christ has also placed such a burden on us. Tell others that the Saviour is here and has paid the price for that ailment, has paid the price for that trouble or problem on the cross of Calvary. Encourage them to come to Him to appropriate the payment for themselves.

The reason we need to tell others about Him again is because when we receive Him, others need to know of our new status. Philip did it in John 1:45, “Philip findeth Nathaniel, and saith unto Him, we have found him, of which Moses in the Law, and the Prophets did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of Joseph.”

This happened immediately he found the Lord – To tell others that we have changed from what we used to be to a new creature is to witness for Him, whether or not you are shy or do not feel like speaking about Him. We have been commissioned to tell others. And others we must tell. They must also hear it from us, tell them He heals, He saves and delivers.

Witnessing for Christ also shows that you are bearing fruits. John 15:16a says “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit and that your fruit should remain.”

We are branches and the Lord is the vine. As we are attached to Him, we will be able to bring forth fruit; without Him, we can’t bear fruit.

Are you bearing fruit? If not, you can start today.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. My Father, give me the grace to proclaim You to the world, in the name of Jesus.

2. Anti-gospel spirits in my environment be disgraced and be destroyed, in the name of Jesus.

3. Hindrance to the word of God, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Internal blockage, break and die, in the name of Jesus.

5. Enemy of the gospel, die, in the name of Jesus.

6. Power of the Holy Spirit to spread the word of faith, possess me, in the name of Jesus.

7. God my Father, arise and make Yourself known in my life, in the name of Jesus.

How to take part in this programme. Break your fast every 3pm daily. Then no breaking of fast on 31 Dec 22 until we enter New Year 2023. You can but break your fast with water or juice on that 31 midnight.

4. Ancient gates, blocking my inheritance, catch fire, in the name of Jesus.

5. Evil clouds over my head, blow away, in the name of Jesus.

6. Any curse affecting my brain, break by the power in the blood of Jesus.

7. Fire of affliction, die and rise no more, in the name of Jesus.

8. Holy Ghost, explode in my life by signs and wonders, in the name of Jesus.

9. Evil hands, pointed at me, dry up, in the name of Jesus.

10. By the power that divided the Red Sea, let my problems die, in the name of Jesus.

11. Every evil river in my place of birth, release my virtues, in the name of Jesus.

12. I sack every satanic checkpoint mounted against my success, in the name of Jesus.

13. Lord, let deliverance take place in my dream, in the name of Jesus.

14. O Lord, find the dragon in my life and kill it, in the name of Jesus.

NOW MAKE THESE CONFESSIONS OUT LOUD

1. I am successful as I mediate on and apply the word of God in my life, in the name of Jesus.

2. God has elected me to be holy and receive His love. In Christ I am justified (just as if I had never sinned). As I walk in the spirit, I do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh, in the name of Jesus.

3. Even if I come to disbelieve, Jesus cannot deny that He lives within me. I have bold access to the throne of God to find mercy and grace in time of need, in the name of Jesus.

4. God has predestinated that I be formed in the image of Jesus Christ. I have been reconciled to God through the death of Jesus. God has confirmed me unto the very end that I am considered to be without blame, in the name of Jesus.

5. I am confident that since God began His good work in me, He will continue that work until the day of Jesus Christ. God’s word leads me as I walk, keeps me as I sleep and talks to me when I am awake, in the name of Jesus.

6. God will keep that which I have committed unto Him until the day of judgement, in the name of Jesus.

7. I know the truth and the truth sets me free, in the name of Jesus.
