18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

27-12-22 MESSAGE:

We are called to share our faith with others. We are to witness Christ to those around us and those that do not know Him. Christian witnessing is the Great Commission given to all believers in Christ. It is not the exclusive work of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors or teachers alone, but every member in the body of Christ. The purpose is to make Him known to those that do not know Him.

Christian witnessing is to declare the salvation that God has achieved in Jesus Christ to give hope to humanity. It is simply telling others what we have personally seen and experienced of the Lord Jesus. There are various verses in the Bible that tell us to witness for our Lord and Saviour as long as we live.

Witnessing is a command of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are duty bound to witness for Him because He died to accomplish our Redemption on the Cross and victoriously resurrected from the dead on the third day. Thereafter, He told His disciples to witness to all creatures (Matthew 28:19). He did not suggest it, but commanded it and commissioned us to go out and preach Him –and spread the news of Him to all the people of the world.

Are you witnessing for Him? Are you obeying this commandment? Are there people around you that have not known the way of the Lord and you look at them as if it does not concern you? If you have truly been saved, the spirit of the Lord in you will make you restless until others have heard about Him.

Are there people who are sick that need to hear that Jesus can heal them once they give their lives to Him? Tell someone about Jesus today and it shall be well with you.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Lord, forgive my reluctance to preach Your gospel, in the name of Jesus.

2. Power to speak the word in season and out of season, possess me, in the name of Jesus.

3. My Father, give me the grace to do Your will as written in Your word, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. O Lord, send me on a timely message to those that need to hear Your word, in the name of Jesus.

5. Power to make only Jesus my message, fall upon me, in the name of Jesus.

6. Holy Spirit, fill me with Your fire to propagate the gospel, in the name of Jesus.

7. Darkness, depart from the lives of the unsaved and let them come to the knowledge of salvation, in the name of Jesus.

PRAY YOUR WAY INTO YEAR 2023

How to take part in this programme. Break your fast every 3pm daily. Then no breaking of fast on 31 Dec 22 until we enter New Year 2023. You can but break your fast with water or juice on that 31 midnight.

1. We praise You, Father, for giving us victories, in the name of Jesus.

2.Thank You, Father, for showing us great kindness and favour, in the name of Jesus.

3. I paralyse every unrepentant opposition, in the name of Jesus.

4. I refuse to cooperate with the enemy of my progress, in the name of Jesus.

5. O Lord, let the handwriting of the enemy turn against the enemy, in the name of Jesus.

6. Lord, let every evil king installed against me be paralysed, in the name of Jesus.

7. I paralyse all satanic strugglers, in the name of Jesus.

8. O Lord, let all strongholds of debt be dashed to pieces, in the name of Jesus.

9. All strongholds of oppression, be dashed to pieces, in the name of Jesus.

10. All strongholds of infirmity, be dashed to pieces, in the name of Jesus.

11. All strongholds of curses and covenants, be dashed to pieces, in the name of Jesus.

12. All strongholds of unprofitable efforts, be dashed to pieces, in the name of Jesus.

13. Every distance stolen from my life by the enemy, I repossess you, in the
name of Jesus.

14. Power of delayed blessings, die, in the name of Jesus.

NOW MAKE THESE CONFESSIONS OUT LOUD

1. God’s complete love for me casts out the fear of judgement, in the name of Jesus.

2.I am set apart from the world unto the living God; therefore I am actually a saint. I am not condemned as I live in Christ, in the name of Jesus.

3. I actually have the divine nature of God dwelling within me. In the spirit, I am seated with Christ Jesus in heaven, far above all the powers of the enemy. I have eternal life in Christ, in the name of Jesus.

4. From the very moment I received Christ until the end, I shall not perish. I am in the hands of Jesus and in the hands of God, the Father. Nothing is able to take me out of God’s hands, in the name of Jesus.No weapon that the enemy has formed against me shall prosper, in the name of Jesus.

5. As I humble myself and fear the LORD, I find riches, honour and life. As I meekly engraft God’s word into my life, it saves my mind from thinking wrong thoughts, my will from making wrong decisions, and my heart from feeling wrong emotions, in the name of Jesus.

6. Jesus is always with me. I will not have to face the wrath of God because I have received salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

7. God has called me unto himself, but not according to my works, but by His own gift of grace, in the name of Jesus.
