BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Joel

FIRE SCRIPTURE: Deuteronomy 28:1-13 (KJV)

1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.

6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

9 The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.

10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.

11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:

MEMORY VERSE: “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” – 1 Timothy 4:8

The beauty of the promises of God is that each time we take them to God in prayer, God has only one response, He simply says, it is done.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY:

THOSE ENEMIES THAT CALL THEMSELVES YOUR FRIENDS, SHALL BE EXPOSED.

The MESSAGE:

Success is your inalienable right. Some years ago, I preached a message on “The Strongman”. There was a woman at the service who had just lost her husband. She prayed so vigorously that her blouse was soaked in her sweat. When she got home, her housemaid welcomed her and congratulated her on having started to pray. The woman wondered at the housemaid’s remark. But, there was more surprises for her. She was the one that killed her husband. The woman then ordered her to leave the house. While agreeing to leave the house, she dropped another bombshell that she had initiated her children into witchcraft.

Can you imagine that for fifteen years, the woman did not know that she has been living in the same house with the enemy? There are many people like her, whose eyes need to be opened. You should know who the rat in your business is; who is the aggressor in your camp; and who are your unfriendly friends. But to come to such a knowledge, you are to know that since God is not a failure, we His children cannot be failures in any way. God did not design anyone to come to this world and fail. Any form of failure, financial bankruptcy, poverty or any mishap whatsoever, is contrary to God’s plan for our lives.

Today’s passage reveals the characteristics of divine success. God is ready to set you on high, and to allow heaven’s blessings to overtake you. He wanted to give you a new name: the blessed. He is desirous of enabling you become the head and be above only. Only one condition: Obey His Word.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

Angels of prophecy, take your position in my life, in the name of Jesus.

Every strange voice, I renounce your dominion, in the name of Jesus.

O God, arise and smite my infirmity, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

Fire, in the name of Jesus, arise, unlock my virtues, in the name of Jesus.

Everywhere I turn, harvest shall salute me, in the name of Jesus.

My blood shall not be found on my altar, in the name of Jesus.

My soul will not answer dark powers, in the name of Jesus.

Special note:

Beloved Reader, if you are yet to give your life to Christ Jesus, I would advise you to do so before you continue in this reading. Remember! The Lord Jesus in John 3:3 says, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a person is born again, ye cannot see the kingdom of God.”

And remember there is nothing like once born again, you remain born again forever. Examine yourself on regular basis. If you are ready to give your life to Christ Jesus, please pray the displayed prayer below in faith:

Lord Jesus, come into my life. I accept You as my Lord and Personal Saviour. I believe in my heart You died and rose from the dead to save me. I confess all my sin, have mercy on me, forgive me all sin, give grace to go and sin no more. Thank You Lord for saving me, in Jesus name Amen.

2. Blood of Jesus Christ, flow through the Mountain of fire and Miracles Ministries worldwide, in the name of Jesus.
3. Father Lord, let every enemy believing they have grown beyond the reach of destruction and judgment in this country, be punished now, in the name of Jesus.
4. Every anchor of wasters, vanish from my body, in the name of Jesus.
5. Let the power of the shadow of the Almighty, overshadow me, in the name of Jesus.
6. O Lord, make my body too hot for every demon of sickness, in the name of Jesus.
7. My Father, be a shield for me in every situation, in the name Jesus.
8. O God, hear my cry out of Your holy hill, in the name of Jesus.
9. Every ancestral agreement with the spirit of untimely death, break by the Blood of Jesus.
10. Every agreement and covenant of hell fire placed on my family line, be destroyed by the Blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
11. Every agreement with the spirit of death on my family line, break by the Blood of Jesus.
12. Every evil pronouncement fastened in the kingdom of darkness to control and manipulate my life, I cancel you be fire, in the name of Jesus.
13. Every conspiracy assigned to cage my destiny, be scattered, in the name of Jesus.
14. Expectation of darkness concerning my health, scatter, in the name of Jesus.
15. Battles of evil stigma, scatter by fire, in the name of Jesus.
16. Every lie of the enemy manifesting against my destiny, die, in the name of Jesus.
17. Agenda of wasters for our land, be nullified with the Blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
18. You dark stronghold in charge of sickness and disease in our land, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
19. We use the Blood of Jesus to sanitize our land and cleanse it from every coven-sponsored sickness and disease, in the name of Jesus.
20. Thou dragon power behind this pestilence, we bury you forever by the power in the Blood of Jesus.
21.
