BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Psalms 75 – 77; 2 Corinthians 10 – 11

PRAISE & WORSHIP:
Conquerors and overcomers now are we,
Thro’ the precious blood of Christ we’ve victory,
If the Lord be for us, we can never fail;
Nothing ‘gainst his mighty pow’r can e’er prevail.

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
God is too vast to be exhausted in time and space His ways are unsearchable, beyond man’s knowledge.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR 4\7\23:
Henceforth, you shall experience a new realm of God’s awesome power, in the name of Jesus.

FIRE SCRIPTURE: 2 Kings 2:9-14 {KJV}

9 And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.

10 And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.

11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.

13 He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;

14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the Lord God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over

04\07\23 MESSAGE:
We are still looking into how to unlock a new dimension of God’s power. It is obvious that faith in God has a great role to play in this case. God loves to see His children display a radical and rugged faith, the faith that doesn’t yield to fear and pressure. This is evident in the scriptural incidents that we read.

Looking further into scriptures, we see Elijah and his loyal follower, Elisha, at the Jordan river. Elisha was so committed and doggedly determined to see his master when he would be taken away. He stood firm and unyielding against every distraction. Eventually, he was able to get a part of Elijah’s mantle when he was lifted away from the earth by the chariot of fire.

This alone was a wonder to Elisha, who saw his master translated without dying. Unfortunately, there was no time for instructions for the next level. Elisha would have to unlock the anointing for the next level of his ministry all by himself.

How? His return through the Jordan required a move of God’s power. Elijah did it, but now he is no more. Moved by God’s power, Elisha struck the waters calling on the “Lord God of Elijah. The waters heard the divine command and had no choice but to obey. This was a clear manifestation of the awesome power of God in a new way that Elisha just experienced.

Even the mantle of his master carried this power. The sons of the prophet who mocked Elisha earlier could not but marvel at the manifestation of God’s power through this servant of Elijah, in the absence of his master. So shall your mockers be surprised and be disgraced, in the name of Jesus.

Faith without works is considered dead. How well are you ready to put your faith to manifestation?

Have you ever put God’s word into action by speaking against unpleasant situations in your life? You don’t have to compromise or be complacent in such situations. The Bible has called us to speak God’s word that is near our mouth. God has promised to give us a mouth and a wisdom that our enemies cannot gainsay.

This is our faith! Arise from that frustrating and hopeless position the enemy wants to confine you into. With boldness in your heart, confront that situation with prayers that change situations, positive and powerful declaration of God’s word to move mountains.

Sing high praises as in Ps 149 and let judgement be pronounced upon the enemy. God has innumerable ways of handling situations in order to manifest His power and glory in a man’s life and situation.

To the sick He brings healing through the miraculous;

To the forgotten and downtrodden, He gives hope,

the oppressed receives deliverance,

the lost is found and the prodigal is brought back home and restored into the fullness of His glory.

What category do you belong? God is able to prove His awesome power in your life. No hope is lost, no situation impossible to receive a turn around, but you must be ready to unlock that new dimension with prayers, steadfastness and unflinching commitment in God who is able to do all things.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. O God, arise and open new doors of miracles and breakthroughs in my life, in the name of Jesus.

2. O Lord, strengthen my faith to experience the miraculous, in the name of Jesus.

3. I receive the key to open my doors of greatness, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Powers limiting my rising, fall down and cie, in the name of Jesus.

5. Uncommon faith that provokes uncommon miracles possess me by fire, in the name of Jesus.

6. Treceive divine acceleration for my next level, in the name of Jesus.

7. O Lord, let me encounter You in a new way that is enveloped with signs and wonders, in the name of Jesus.
