PRAISE & WORSHIP:

Jesus only is our message,
Jesus all our theme shall be;
We will lift up Jesus ever,
Jesus only will we see. Jesus only, Jesus ever,

Jesus all in all we sing,
Savior, Sanctifier, and Healer,
Glorious Lord and coming King.

2 Jesus only is our Savior,
All our guilt He bore away,
He, our righteousness forever,
All our strength from day to day.

3 Jesus is our Sanctifier,
Saving us from self and sin,
And with all His Spirit’s fulness,
Filling all our hearts within.

John 14:30 – Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
If you give the devil a foothold, he will build a stronghold from there.

14-9-23 PROPHETIC  WORD:
Satan will not use you, in the name of Jesus.

FIRE SCRIPTURE: Luke 22:1-6:
The feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.

2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.

3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.

5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.

14\09\23 MESSAGE:

Judas made himself a ready tool for satan by giving him a foothold through an unconfessed sin. If satan was able to enter into someone who had been with Jesus, how much those who are regularly toying with sin.

Many believers are demon-possessed; many have strong evil spirits residing in them for years, all because there is a foothold in place.

Jesus said, “Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me” (John 14:30). The devil is not resting; he is walking about seeking who to devour. He came to Jesus and hath nothing in Him.

Daniel also had the same testimony, “Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God” (Daniel 6:5). Can satan’s properties be found in you? Lust, anger, malice, stealing, love of money, lying, pride, etc.

Beloved, check it, if the devil comes to you today, what will be your own testimony? The kingdom of darkness is always looking for an opportunity against Christians but you and I must do well not to give him a chance. Even if you make a mistake, do well to repent immediately and get back on track with God.

Do not let any sin go unconfessed in your life. If you give the devil a foothold, he will build a stronghold from there. It is better not to allow him in than to start a struggle of pulling down strongholds.
There are three personalities you cannot deceive about your lifestyle. You cannot deceive God, the devil and yourself.

A song writer sang. “You cannot hide it from God, you cannot hide it from God, you may cover your sins and think nobody knows, you cannot hide it from God.” The Bible says that”…..be sure your sin will find you out.” Whosoever covers his or her sins shall not prosper.

Beloved, you have ample opportunity to expose that hidden sin. Let go that garment of Babylon; do away with those besetting sins; do not give a foothold to satan in your life. Jesus is ready to forgive you. Take that bold step and be free.

When Jesus sets you free, you are free indeed!

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. Anything in my life, giving the enemy the foothold to afflict me, be uprooted and die by fire, in the name of Jesus.

2. Satan, I am not a prey. Get thee behind me, in the name of Jesus.

3. The enemy will not find any occasion against me, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. Evil covenants, giving the enemy the legal ground to work against me, break by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every curse hanging over my life, break by fire, in the name of Jesus.

6. Parental mistakes, acting as legal ground to the enemy, be washed away by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

7. My life, carry the fire of God, in the name of Jesus. (Declare it seven times)
