 When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

² Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.

³ The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

⁴ Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.

⁵ They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

⁶ He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

8/10/23 MESSAGE:

God is perfect at doing hard things, especially those things that man consider impossible. He makes them possible before our very eyes. What a wonder-working God we serve!

It is not strange for a believer in Christ to go through hard times, but what is most needful is who you tum to for help at such times. The Psalmist, David, remains a vivid Bible personality that we should leam from, so much that even in his misdeeds, he cried to God in repentance and God heard him. He became a man after God’s heart.

Today’s Fire Scripture is ministering hope to you in the face of hopelessness. Who or what is telling you that your case is hopeless and irredeemable? Lie of the devil! For God’s word says, “Who is he that saith, when the Lord has not ordained it.” Note this, beloved, God has the last say over your life! That is why He brings the turnaround at a time when you least expect.

The Bible calls it, “like a dream”, when the Lord turns around your captivity. That situation you have been battling with for so long shall vanish like vapour. I speak to your life; receive a divine turnaround now, in the name of Jesus.

It doesn’t matter how long you have travailed. What matters is the sudden appearance of God in that situation, to turn your tears to joy, your weeping to rejoicing! Your mouth is filled with laughter and your tongue with singing. This is unlimited and unspeakable joy of the Lord! So great that even unbelievers around you cannot but notice.

As it is with a sower, the time of sowing is full of struggles, pain and expectancy. That explains the tears and the sweat. But with God, the seeds are soon turned into fruits, and turned into ‘sheaves”. The time of bountiful harvest is here! This can only be God at work in your life. I pray for you once more, may your season of joy come speedily, in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER POINTS:

1. 0 Gud my Father, make me a spectacular wonder, in the name of Jesus.

2. Arise, O God and let me experience Your power of turnaround in my situation(mention it), in the name of Jesus.

3. Pawers fighting to stop my testimonies, you are liars, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING:

4. I have sown in tears, I am reaping in joy, in the name of Jesus.

5. By the power of God, nations shall rise to my shining and my rejoicing, in the name of Jesus.

6. People shall gather to celebrate my turnaround, in the name of Jesus.

7. O God that does hard things, arise, like in a dream, answer Your name in my life, in the name of Jesus.
