PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY:
RECEIVE A NEW HEART AND A NEW SPIRIT, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

MFM 7-6-22 MESSAGE:

When the Bible refers to a person’s heart, it is usually not referring to the organ that pumps blood through the body. The heart is a symbol of what we call our soul, the centre of our being, the seat of our thoughts and emotions.

The Israelites were in a perilous state. They had chased after foreign gods and turned their backs on the true God for centuries. There were a number of kings who did evil in the eyes of the Lord. Save for an occasional righteous king, Israel had become spiritually dead. For that, they were headed for a time of captivity with the Babylonians and Assyrians.

Through it all, God kept promising that He would bring them back and that He would give them a new heart. What a great hope to those who have strayed from the Lord and want to return. What a marvellous promise to His people! He will take our hearts of stone and transform them to hearts of flesh.

The sanctification experience involves God taking away your old rebellious heart and replacing it with a heart of flesh that enables you to do His will without being forced. The heart of man is the engine of his life. The intents and contents of the human life go on in the heart, so God is interested in the issue of your heart. God wants your heart to be yielded to Him and not to the world or the pleasure in it.

I want you to examine your heart. Is it pure? Are your motives correct? Do you really know God or are you playing along with the crowd? Pray to God for a new heart today.

With a new, pure and sacred heart, your relationship with God will grow ans become fruitful. God will load you with benefits daily and His presence, power, grace, peace and blessing will be multiplied towards you. Receiving a new heart begins with making Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour. Make that quality decision today, if you have not already done so. God bless you immensely, in Jesus name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Holy Spirit, quicken my spiritual life, in the name of Jesus.

2. Holy Spirit, breathe life into me, in the name of Jesus.

3. Holy Spirit, come and live within me, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. LORD, I apply the Blood of Jesus for the purification of my heart from any form of impurity, in the name of Jesus.

5. I receive the grace to maintain a perfect heart towards You, Lord, in the name of Jesus.

6. Lord, remove from me the heart of stone and give me a new heart, in the name of Jesus.

7. Lord, give me a new heart, a new life and salvation in Christ, in the name of Jesus.
