WELCOME to MFM Devotional, 03-09-22

PRAISE & WORSHIP:

Thy Kingdom Come, O God

1 Thy kingdom come, O God,
thy rule, O Christ, begin;
break with thine iron rod
the tyrannies of sin.

2 Where is thy reign of peace
and purity and love?
When shall all hatred cease,
as in the realms above?

3 When comes the promised time
that war shall be no more,
and lust, oppression, crime
shall flee thy face before?

4 We pray thee, Lord, arise,
and come in thy great might;
revive our longing eyes,
which languish for thy sight.

FIRE SCRIPTURE   Matthew 11;28-30

SAT 3 SEPT 22 MESSAGE:

Lo-debar is the land of exile, the land of shame and land of bondage. King David called out Mephibosheth from Lo-debar and said unto him, “Fear not, for I will show thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake,” he gave him the privilege of eating at his table and restored him to his rightful place at the King’s table among the princes.

This is a perfect example of God’s marvelous grace. Beloved, are you outside the grace and love of God? He is calling you today to come unto him and he will restore all the years that the cankerworm and the caterpillar have eaten. I can see the lord setting a table before you even before your enemies and your cup running over now. This will happen if you can yield to his calling.

Mephibosheth had no legal right to come into the presence of the king but grace placed him there. Beloved, you too have no right to sit at the king’s table and have fellowship with him but grace has made it possible for you. Ephesians 2:8 says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves.” It is not by you might, strength or power but by His Spirit (Zech. 4:6)

Beloved, if you answer the king’s call, and accept his grace and come out of that God forsaken land called Lo-debar, there are lots of benefits you will enjoy at the table of the king of kings. At the king’s table, you will find joy, protection, forgiveness, healing, fulfilment, abundance, hope and life eternal. Jesus is called you out of Lo-debar today where there is fear, bondage, poverty, hopelessness, loneliness, destruction, disappointment, barrenness etc.

Heed the Lords call today and you will be glad  you did. God bless you.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1.   Any power that has tied me down to the tail region, die now, in the name of Jesus.

2.   I jump out of the cage of the enemy, in the name of Jesus.

3.   Powers that fought my parents and want to fight me, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4.   Sins of my father’s house that have caged me for years, I cut my self-off from you, in the name of Jesus

5.   Evil flows of my father’s house, I cut you off now, in the name of Jesus.

6.   O Lord, by your mercy, remember me for good, in the name of Jesus.

7.   I move from grass to grass, in the name of Jesus.
