PRAISE & WORSHIP:
Guide me, O my great Redeemer,

Any pursing power from your father’s house shall collide with the Rock of Ages and die, in the name of Jesus.

FIRE SCRIPTURE FOR 23 JAN:
Genesis 32:24.-28

⁴ And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.

²⁵ And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.

²⁶ And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

²⁷ And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.

²⁸ And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

JAN 23 MESSAGE:

AS we explained yesterday, Jacob ran away from Laban’s enslavement. He took all that belonged to him and for three days he was on the move. But it took Laban seven days; to catch up with him and when he eventually caught up with him (Jacob) he said, “It was in the power of my hand to do thee hurt, but the God of your father spake unto me yesternight, saying, take thou heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad” (Gen. 31:29). I think that at this point, Jacob realised that he was tired of running and that he could not keep running all his life.

Beloved, the battle you do not confront, you can’t defeat and the battle you keep running from will continue to pursue you until it catches up with you. I pray that every battle that says you cannot go or that you can never be free shall be wasted, in the name of Jesus

Jacob was in this position and he realised that he was also going to meet with Esau that he ran away from about twenty one years earlier. Our Fire Scripture for today states exactly what happened in Genesis 32:2-28. Jacob was left alone with the angel of the Lord and he wrestled from night till the following morning and when the day was breaking the angle begged to be allowed to go, but he (Jacob) refused and from there his story change.

There is power in prayer, beloved, to him that can pray. There is a God that is ready to anewer. The battle of over twenty years that Jacob had been running from came to an end that day.

How long have you been fighting that battle or that sickness? Today, the Miracle Worker will intervene, in the name of Jesus. There is power in prayers that can change your story forever,

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Every battle saying I can’t go, you are a liar, die, in the name of Jesus

2, My Father, arrest my arresters, in the name of Jesus.

3 0 God arise and fight my battles, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. Mercy of God, avail for me, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every bewitchment targeted at me backfire, in the name of Jesus.

6. Power to be my Israel, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.

7. I fire back every arrow of affliction fired into my life, in the name of Jesus.
