Job 6:8;

8 Oh that I might have my request; and that God would grant me the thing that I long for!

18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

 

Psalm 62:5;

5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

 

Proverbs 23:18;

18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.

The MESSAGE:

 

Today, I am going to share with you certain deep secrets. You will learn what it takes to become a champion. Problems are common to man. The fact that there are problems does not mean that you will never make it. No matter what happens to you or around you, you will overcome. Your story will change. However, you must not allow the enemy to rob you of your positive expectations. The moment you lose your faith, you have lost everything. Problems are sometimes the staircase to a better place. Expectation is a weapon of victory. Expectation is a fertilizer of breakthrough. Expectation is a breeding ground for breakthroughs, testimonies and miracles. Miracles usually happen when there is expectation. If you are a human being and you have no expectation, then your life is not going anywhere. It is a tragedy for people to gather together and pray when they are not really expecting a miracle to take place. This was what happened in Acts 12; they had only one prayer point “O God, release Peter”, they were praying the prayer point but Peter was at the door knocking. If Peter was to rely on the prayer of that group, Peter would never have come out. It is sad but true that many people have no expectation in life. No wonder so many people are not moving forward.

 

They expected nothing, so they didn’t get anything. Unlike that woman who said in her heart,”If only I can touch the hem of His garment, I shall be made whole.” She had an expectation. It’s easy to know those who come to services without any expectation, you don’t need to be a prophet to know them. They approach the service sluggishly, they are not in a hurry to get to their seats; they don’t have this joy of “I’m going to the presence of the Lord.” They walk causally to the presence of God; they look disinterested and disconnected. During service, they hardly smile, sing or dance or write down anything from the ministration. They don’t partake of most things people do. They are spectators, instead of participating. Remember your expectation is from God so, wait on Him. Keep your eyes on the Master.

 

Do not allow your faith to waver. No matter what has happened, keep the flag of faith flying. God will surprise you. You shall prevail.

 

PRAYER POINTS:

 

MORNING

 

I shall destroy every company of satanic birds fashioned against me, in the name of Jesus.

Every cloud of uncertainty, clear away now, in the name of Jesus.

Every witchcraft bird flying against my destiny, shall fly no more, in Jesus’ name.

 

EVENING

 

I refuse to be converted to a living dead, in the name of Jesus.

Every covenant of death with this year, be broken, in the name of Jesus.

Let every evil laying on of hands and shaking of evil hands be nullified, in the name of Jesus.

Beloved Reader, if you are yet to give your life to Christ Jesus, I would advise you to do so before you continue in this reading. Remember! The Lord Jesus in John 3:3 says, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless ye are born again, ye cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Lord Jesus, come into my life. I accept You as my Lord and Personal Saviour. I believe in my heart You died and rose from the dead to save me. I confess all my sin, have mercy on me, forgive me all sin, give grace to go and sin no more. Thank You Lord for saving me, in Jesus name Amen.

17. Blood of Jesus, laminate everyone in this country and protect them from death, in the name of Jesus.

 

18. As I dwell inside the envelope of divine fire, I become untouchable by the power of infirmity, in the name of Jesus.

 

19. O wind of God, arise and sweep away the scourge from our land, in the name of Jesus.

 

20. By the power in the blood of Jesus, we raise an altar of victory, praise, worship of Jehovah in the land and nations, in the name of Jesus.

 

21. We command the air to vomit all the seeds and tokens of death it has haboured, in the name of Jesus.

 

22. Passover blood of Jesus, envelope our nation, in the name of Jesus.
