BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Hosea 4:5; 2 Timothy 1 – 2

PRAISE & WORSHIP:

Praise him, praise him! Jesus, our blessed redeemer! Sing, O earth, his wonderful love proclaim! Hail him, hail him! Highest archangels in glory! Strength and honor give to his holy name! Like a shepherd, Jesus will guard his children. In his arms he carries them all day long. Refrain:

30~~11~~23 PROPHETIC  WORD:
You will not miss your rewards in Christ, in the name of Jesus.

FIRE SCRIPTURE : Matthew 5:1-12

1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

30~~11~~23 MESSAGE:

The Bible affirms in today’s memory verse that the reward of certain people will be great at the end of their sojourn on earth. Who are these people and what kinds of great reward will they have? We shall answer these questions today.

First, the believers that should await God’s rewards are as follows:

(1) Those who deny themselves (John 12:25-26).

2. Those who have suffered because of His name (Matt. 5:12: Luke 6:22-23).

(3). Those who were proved by fire (1 Peter 1:7; Daniel 3:25).

(4) The vigilant (Luke 12:35-38).

(5) The who manage well the good received (Luke 19:13; 2 Cor. 5:9-10).

(6) The faithful administrators (1 For: 4:2: Titus 1:7).

7. The faithful pastors (1 Peter 5:1-4).

8. The faithful helpers (Matt. 6:4; Mark 9:41).

(9) Those who lose their possessions because of Jesus (Heb. 10:34; 11:25),

10. The faithful donors (2 Cor. 9:7-15).

Beloved, you can see the great rewards and blessings that are in store for believers who are sacrificing their all to follow Jesus and for the sake of His Kingdom. Do you belong to any of the ten categories of people? If you do not, you still have an opportunity to make amends.

Tell the Holy Spirit to help you and quality you. He will. First, you must give your life to Jesus and become His friend. Second, you must be obedient to His commandments and live righteously. Third, you must love and live by His word daily. Fourth, you must be prayerful. Fifth, you must have faith in God and demonstrate absolute trust in Him in all situations.

Beloved, truly, great rewards await the saints. Let us identify these rewards.

(1) A great welcome in heaven (2 Peter 1:5-11).

(2) The crown of justice (2 Tim. 4:8).

(3) Reigning with Christ (Luke 19:17-19).

(4). Golden crown for the faithful elders (1 Peter 5:4).

(5) Crown of glory for the soul winners (1 Thess. 2:19-20)

(6) Tosit at Christ’s throne as winners (Rev. 3:21).

(7) Full acknowledgement for the work done (Matt. 25:14-23).

Beloved, the Lord will reward you here on earth and in eternity, in the mighty name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. Father, I thank You because I will not serve You in vain, in the name of Jesus.

2. I will not miss my spiritual rewards, in the name of Jesus.

3. I shall reign with Christ, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. My suffering for Christ’s sake shall be rewarded, in the name of Jesus.

5. Powers assigned to persecute and oppress me, die, in the name of Jesus.

6. I shall sit at Christ’s throne as a winner, in the name of Jesus.

7. Heaven is my portion and reward, in the name of Jesus.
