Topic for Friday 5:2: 21: The power of divine favour

PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY: I decree that you will walk in favour all the days of your life, in the name of Jesus.

Beloved, you need the favour of God and of all men to make the journey of your life a success story. One prayer you must pray and get answer to is that God should confer supernatural favour on you and make favour to accompany you throughout your journey in life.

God’s supernatural favour flowing in your life is not based on your background, looks, or personality. If you are a born again child of God, Jesus has made you the righteousness of God in Him. God has specially bestowed His favour on you and all His righteous children. He said,“For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield”(Psalm 5:12).

Favour is a spiritual game changer that makes a huge difference in every life. It was favour that made David to be preferred to his seven brothers and to be anointed in their midst. The same favour brought David from the bush to the palace. It was favour that moved Joseph from the prison to the throne. In fact, favour accompanied Joseph in every phase of his life’s journey and ensured that he excelled.

Favour also operated supernaturally in the life of Daniel. Though he and the other Israelites were captives in Babylon, he had favour with the leaders of the land. Daniel 1:9 affirms that God brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs. He also had so much favour with the leaders of the land that he was elevated to prestigious positions in the Babylonian kingdom. In spite of the opposition the enemy raised against him, Daniel eventually became the prime minister of Babylon.

I pray that favour will turn everything the enemy throws at you to testimonies in the name of Jesus. Favour can break through any barrier set before you. When you are favoured byGod, He will positively influence people who are unfavourably disposed to you and they will treat you with kindness and honour. The Egyptians had been oppressive to the Israelites for over 400 years.

However, the day God gave the children of Israel favour in their sight marked the beginning of the dramatic deliverance of the Israelites from Egypt. The Egyptians willing and freely gave the Israelites all they required and they spoiled the Egyptians (Exodus 12:36).

Also, it was favour that made Esther a queen in a foreign land. Beloved, why did good things happen to Joseph, David, Daniel and Esther? It was because they had God’s favour. I encourage you to believe God for this supernatural game-changer. You are the next in line for divine favour, in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. I claim the favour of God and the favour of all men, in the name of Jesus.

2. Just like the days of Daniel and his friends, let favour distinguish me from my peers, in the name of Jesus.

3. Father, I declare that because of Your favour, everything I do will prosper, in the name of Jesus..

EVENING
4. O God, arise and show me mercy and favour in ministry, business, marriage, etc, in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, because of Your favour, I walk in supernatural victory in the name of Jesus.

6. O God, arise and encompass me with favor as with a shield, in the name of Jesus.

7. Father, let the power of favour manifest in my life and give me turnaround miracles, in the name of Jesus
