BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: 1 Kings 4, 1 Kings 5, 1 Kings 6, Revelation 9, Revelation 10

FIRE SCRIPTURE: 1 Peter 2:1-9 (KJV)

1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,

2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,

5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,

8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

TODAY, THE ANOINTING AND GLORY OF A TRUE SERVANT OF GOD SHALL OVERSHADOW YOUR LIFE, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

09-04-23 MESSAGE:
The world is going through dark and perilous times. The catalogue of unpleasant events tragedies and catastrophies that occur on a daily basis is unprecedented. Darknesss now covers the earth and gross darkness covers the people, wars, pestilences, hunger, deaths are recorded at an alarming rate all over the world. Insurgency and terrorism have made mankind an endangered species.

Many believers and unbelievers are afraid, hopeless, helpless and unhappy. The faith of many has failed. In these dark times, you can be a light for others. You can be hope for the hopeless and help for the helpless. You can lift the faith of those whose faith is failing. You can restore those who have fallen away. These are the great works you are called to do for the Lord and His kingdom.

You are called to be salt to those whose lives are tasteless and meaningless. You are called to be light to those who live in darkness and the shadow of death. You are called to be a source of joy to those who are sorrowful and mourning, an encourager and source of succour to those who are discouraged and thinking of giving up in life. You are called to demonstrate Christ’s love to those who are loveless, unloved, abandoned and without friends.

You are also called to be a pathfinder and guide to those who are lost in the wilderness of life. You are to lead them out of the broadway they have travelled all their lives to the narrow way that leads to heaven. You are to be a deliverer, like Moses, to many souls that are held down in bondage and slavery in “Egypt’ and by “Pharaoh”.

Beloved, God brought you to the world to fulfil the purposes mentioned above. He called you to serve Him and mankind with the life and talents He has given you. In the end, it is important that you are adjudged a profitable servant. You are called to be God’s purpose partner in the plan of redemption.

Arise and fulfil these purposes. God bless you immensely, in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Father, use me for Your glory, in the name of Jesus.

2. I refuse to be an opposite of who God has called me to be, in the name of Jesus.

3. I will not fail God, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

1. Father, give me fresh anointing to fulfil my divine purposes, in the name of Jesus.

2. Powers assigned to weaken, weary and discourage me, die, in the name of Jesus.

3. My Joseph’s dreams, receive the power of resurrection and be fulfilled, in the name of Jesus.

4. Father, make me a vessel unto honour forever, in the name of Jesus.
