The topic, Revival is mainly meant for Believers. That is for those who are already Born Again. So, talking of Revival is purely talking to Born Again Christians, salvation message is meant for those that are yet to surrender their lives and accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Master.

The need for Revival, Revival is needed when:

We abandon our first love- Matthew 24: 12, 1 Timothy 5: 12; Revelation 2: 4; Jeremiah 2: 2.
When we set our affections on the things of the earth, instead of the things above, 1 John 2: 15; Hebrews 11: 24-26; Romans 12: 2; Colossians 3: 1-2; Corinthians 7: 3; Galatians 6: 14; 2 Timothy 2; 4.
When we refuse to search the Scriptures as commanded by the Lord, John 5: 39; Acts 17: 11; Romans 15; 4; Deuteronomy 17: 19.
When we cease praying, Luke 21: 36; Philippians 4: 6; Colossians 4: 2; 1 Thessalonians 5: 17; Ephesians 6: 8; 1 Chronicles 16: 11; Matthew 26: 41; Luke 18: 1.
When we are very stingy in giving to promote God’s glory on earth, Luke 6: 38; 2 Corinthians 9: 6.
When spiritual babies are being ordained into leadership positions as bishops and overseers without meeting God’s requirements, 1 Corinthians 3: 1-4; Galatians 4: 1-3.
When believers are neither hot nor cold spiritually and physically, Amos 6: 1; Revelation 3: 15; 1 Corinthians 14:12; 2 Peter 1: 13.
When we practice passionless and joyless Christianity, Ecclesiastes 9: 10; Revelation 3:19; Philippians 4: 4; Galatians 4: 18; 1 Thessalonians 5:16.
When we know the Truth, but fail to live the Truth that can set us free, John 8: 31-32; Romans 6: 14; 18, 22.
