The organised labour has suspended the ongoing strike after meeting with Federal Government and its agents.
One of.the insiders who made this known after the meeting said “Arising from the just concluded join NEC session of NLC and TUC to give consideration to the plea of Federal Government at a meeting held today, 15 November 2023 at the office of the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, the meeting resolved that the ongoing national Strike is hereby suspended.
“The Labour movement appreciates you all for your commitments towards the success of the industrial action. You are hereby directed to resume your official functions from tomorrow Thursday 16th October, 2023.”
