In your journey as a Christian, God gives you a personal navigator, a Helper who will never leave you stranded and confused. This helper is God’s gift and He also gives spiritual gifts.

You have been giving gifts to build the Kingdom of God. It makes God happy when you use your gift in the body of Christ for building it to spiritual perfection. Life is not always going to be a smooth ride, but you can always have the Holy Spirit’s help with you.

Once you are sure of your personal relationship with God through the Lord Jesus Christ, your life and work for God is to be helped by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is to teach, guide and convict you.

As your relationship grows and you learn who you are in Christ Jesus, the Spirit empowers you to live a life that reflects Jesus, no matter the difficulties you face. Even when you don’t feel it, the Holy Spirit knows your situation and will help you in your weakness. You need only to ask, listen and allow Him to move in your life.

Are you overwhelmed? Has life has handed you more than you can handle or that you have been called to accomplish? Pray for the infilling or baptism of the Holy Spirit.

As He comes into your life, He will reveal Himself to you as your Helper, your Comforter, your Advocate, Intercessor and Strengthener. The role of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer is all-encompassing. Be sure your victory and success are secured in Christ Jesus. As a believer, you are to partner with the Holy Spirit in your everyday life.

It is in this way the Holy Spirit will fulfil His role as your helper. Indeed, the Holy Spirit will help you tremendously as your teacher and guardian to navigate your life successfully in the wilderness of life. After your salvation experience, do you have this helper by your side? Remember without Him, you can do nothing acceptably in your service to God (John 15:5).

Learn to depend on the Holy Spirit completely in your day to day life as a child of God. He will give you victory and joy as you go to eternity.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. O Lord, smoothen my path to the top, in the name of Jesus

2. Let power change hands in my life to the hand of Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.

3. Let every good and perfect work from above locate me today, in the name of Jesus

EVENING

4. Let divine glory overshadow me, in the name of Jesus

5. Lord, prepare me as a living sanctuary, in the name of Jesus.

6. I command the rain of favour and abundance to fall upon my life, in the name of Jesus.

7. Holy Spirit, overshadow my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
