2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?

8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

27|6|23 MESSAGE:

The Holy Spirit is the third person in the God Head. Jesus Christ, while leaving the earth, promised to send the Holy Spirit to us to be our teacher. comforter, and our prayer partner. It is important to partner or have a relationship with the Holy Spirit because He will correct you when you are wrong and teach you to do what is right. God uses the Holy Spirit to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.

Partnering with the Holy Spirit will help to bring the will of God for your life to pass or will also bring glory to God the Father and God the Son. How do you partner with the Holy Spirit?

Firstly, you must wait upon the Lord and give him a space to fall upon you like the apostles at the Upper Room.

It was when the apostle received the baptism of Holy Spirit that they obtained the power to preach the gospel. The timid Peter that denied Jesus Christ three times became bold to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and three thousand souls were added unto the church in a single day. If you want the power of God to come upon you and be a soul winner, you must partner with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2).

Secondly, when you have deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit, He will empower you to be more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Trouble will tremble at your presence when His presence is with you.

Thirdly, you will flow in Christ’s wisdom when you partner with the Holy Spirit (Acts. 4:13). Fourthly, you will experience supernatural breakthrough and permanent partnership with the Holy Spirit, and He will make you a star forever (Daniel 12:3).

The last but not the least is that your work with God will be backed up with signs and wonders (Mark 16:20). Paul’s life became a wonder that even handkerchiefs or aprons from his body became objects of healing (Acts. 9:11-12). The shadow of Peter healed the sick (Acts. 5:15-16).

You also can become a carrier of God’s power if you are ready to partner with Him. You can only be His partner when you have surrendered your life to Jesus Christ and become His. The Bible says that two persons cannot walk together unless they agree (Amos 3:3).

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Blood of Jesus, purge the vessel of my life of every spiritual filthiness, in the name of Jesus.

2. Tongue of fire from heaven as of the Day of Pentecost, come upon my life now, in the name of Jesus.

3. You, the enemy of the Holy Spirit in my life, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. Holy Spirit, incubate my life now with Your fire, in the name of Jesus.

5. Holy Spirit, put Your fire upon the altar of my heart, in the name of Jesus.

6. Oil of great grace and power, come upon me, in the name of Jesus.

7. Lord, water my life from heaven, in the name of Jesus.
