MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
God’s power is the ultimate and absolute power.

30~10~23 PROPHETIC WORD:
The surpassing power of God shall fight for you today. The Egyptians you saw before now, you shall see them no more, in the name of Jesus.

30~10~23 MESSAGE:
In Revelation 12, the Bible says that there was war in heaven. Lucifer and some angels rebelled against the Almighty. Angel Michael led other holy angels against them, defeated the rebels and cast them out of heaven. The Ultimate power of God subdued satan’s power. Since that incident occurred, the earth and the sea have not really known peace because satan and his fallen angels now dwell in them. Also, since that time the enemy has been opposing everything that is God’s and that is meant to give Him glory.

The drama that took place in Pharaoh’s palace when Aaron cast down his rod and it turned to snake and the magicians of Pharaoh did the same with their rods, after which the snake from the rod of Aaron swallowed those of the magicians of Pharaoh was an eloquent testimony that the ultimate power belongs to God. At the Red Sea, God gave the Israelites an unforgettable deliverance.

He parted the sea and His children crossed on dry ground, but buried Pharaoh and his chariots and hosts in the same sea. It was a unique demonstration of the ultimate and surpassing power of Yahweh.

On the mount of Carmel, Elijah alone confronted 450 prophets of Baal. He had said that when each camp prayed, the God that answered by sending down fire from heaven should be acknowledged as the Almighty God. The prophets of Baal prepared their altar and cried to Baal for several hours, but he did not answer them. When Elijah prepared an altar for Jehovah and an offering to Him, He prayed and fire fell. All the Israelites bowed, worshipped and said, “Jehovah is God indeed.” It was a power encounter and Elijah’s all-powerful God showed up.

Jesus’ earthly ministry was characterised by power encounters. He confronted the kingdom of darkness, cast out demons and healed the sick daily. He destroyed the work of satan, demonstrating that all power belonged to God and has been given to Him. Jesus endued His disciples with power and encouraged them to demonstrate it in populating His Kingdom and depopulating hell.

Beloved, have you encountered and received this ultimate power? The Kingdom of God is not in words but in the demonstration of the power of God to save, to heal and to deliver soul for Him. No matter what the enemy does against you, unleash God’s power to confront him in the name of Jesus. He will flee from you.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. Father, by Your ultimate power, swallow the strong men and other powers that are troubling my life, in the name of Jesus.

2. Eternal Rock of Ages, collide with my Pharaoh-like and Goliath-like enemies, in the name of Jesus.

3. Father, by Your mercy, demonstrate Your ultimate power through me, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Power of God, visit my foundation today, in the name of Jesus.

5. Ultimate power of God, empower my destiny for fulfilment, in the name of Jesus.

6. Ultimate power of God, intervene in my affairs and let my joy be full today, in the name of Jesus.

7. Ultimate power of God, empower my glory to shine, in the name of Jesus.
