WORSHIP & PRAISE:

Genesis 1:21-26 [KJV]
21 So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

22 And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”

23 So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

24 Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over  the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

21 So God created the large sea animals. He created all the many living things in the sea and every kind of bird that flies in the air. And God saw that this was good.

22 God blessed all the living things in the sea and told them to have many babies and fill the seas. And he blessed the birds on land and told them to have many more babies.

23 There was evening, and then there was morning. This was the fifth day.

The Sixth Day—Land Animals and People

24 Then God said, “Let the earth produce many kinds of living things. Let there be many different kinds of animals. Let there be large animals and small crawling animals of every kind. And let all these animals produce more animals.” And all these things happened.

25 So God made every kind of animal. He made the wild animals, the tame animals, and all the small crawling things. And God saw that this was good.

26 Then God said, “Now let’s make humans who will be like us. They will rule over all the fish in the sea and the birds in the air. They will rule over all the large animals and all the little things that crawl on the earth.”

10-04-23 MESSAGE:
The most effective parenting starts with God, as it is with every good thing in life. The foundational principle of parenting is complete and better when we turn to the Author of life and the founder of marriage and family. From the beginning of the human race, God has designed parents to produce offspring to populate the earth.

Producing children and parenting are a big part of the original mandate that God gave to man. Our Fire Scripture says, “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image and in our likeness…”” Verse 27 says, So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. God blessed and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it.” This is God’s first recorded statement to man, to establish the principle of parenting, “Be fruitful and increase in number.” Man was commanded to reproduce after his own kind.

In other words, God created Adam and Eve in His own image. Their children, in turn bear the image of their parents. The term ‘man’ includes both male and female, both make up the race that is known as mankind. God created man in His image and likeness. This was how the foundation of parenting was laid on the planet earth. And in turn they produced children in their image and likeness.

God made it from the foundation that man would display His characteristics and qualities and act like Him. God wants parents to pursue the same goals together with their children. God wants children to view Him and respond to life in the same way their parents do.

Dear parent, are your children God’s imitators and heaven’s representative? If they are not, you must cry to God for help.

PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Every wicked counsel and decision taken against my children, be aborted, in the name of Jesus.

2. Ancestral error fashioned against my children, die, in the name of Jesus.

3. All foundational battles against my children, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. I envelop my children with divine covering, in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, protect my children from any foundational attack, in the name of Jesus.

6. Father, let Your consuming fire consume the destiny destroyers that are targeting my children, in the name of Jesus.

7. Every evil gang-up from my foundation, die, in the name of Jesus.
