RECEIVE THE GRACE AND POWER TO LIVE A NEW LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

FIRE SCRIPTURE: John 3:1-8 (KJV)
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named* Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot* see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can* he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot* enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

MONDAY FEBRUARY 24 MESSAGE:-
John 3:3 tells us that except a man be born again he shall not enter into the Kingdom of God. God doesn’t waste words! When He says be born again, it means you must go through a new birth spiritually, experience a completely different way of life by undergoing a spiritual process of rebirth. We are not only to be born of water but of the Spirit; this is the new birth we are talking about.

This new birth, just like the physical birth, comes with a daily experience of growth and development that makes you to be more like Jesus, the King in that Kingdom, our Lord and Master, the Saviour of mankind. You are now a citizen of the heavenly kingdom, and a joint heir with Christ! But with these new titles and positions come certain spiritual responsibilities and commitments. This involves a daily and consistent walk with God that brings about divine transformation progressively in your life. A divine work of the Holy Spirit that takes place from inside out!

My question to you dear reader is that, are you born again? If yes, then you need to answer the next question. Are you truly and sincerely living a new life in Christ Jesus? Don’t be surprised at this second question; many who claim to be born again are found wanting at this point. But the good news is that you can always do a self-examination, and pray to get to where God wants you to be in the things of the Spirit.

In case you are not born again or you did, but have backslided, you need to start afresh! Surrender your life totally to Jesus and experience the new birth. But as earlier mentioned, this is just the beginning of the new life experience. You should now decide to live a different and better life from your former ways of life. You need to do away with your old habits, thoughts and relationships, so as to experience the new life.

It is an ongoing process through your entire life, becoming more like Jesus everyday. No one is fully done; rather, we get renewed everyday by God’s Word and prayers, then are able to live out the new life in Christ Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS:-

MORNING:

1) I surrender my life totally to God through Christ never to take it back, in the name of Jesus.

2) I receive the grace and power to live a new life without compromise or pretence, in the name of Jesus.

3) Every power assigned to draw me away from Jesus, you shall not prosper, fail woefully and die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING:

1) Holy Spirit, teach and help me to experience the benefits of the new life in Christ, in the name of Jesus.

2) Power of sin and iniquity drawing me back from enjoying my kingdom benefits, die, die, die in the name of Jesus.

3) O God, arise and help me to stand till the end for and in You, in the name of Jesus.

4) Whether the devil likes it or not, I am a child of God; nothing can change it, in the name of Jesus.
