Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

¹⁴ That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

20-09-23 MESSAGE:

Poverty is a product of the curse of the law. It became man’s lot as a result of the disobedience of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. However, the Bible affirms that Christ has redeemned believers from the curse of the law (poverty, sickness and death) through His substitutionary work on the cross at Calvary.

Jesus took our poverty and gave us blessings instead. This life-changing truth is still not known to many balievers; ignorance of this truth has given the enemy opportunity to continue to short-change them.

The Bible assures that you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free, as you believe and apply it wisely. This includes the truth about freedom from poverty and all kinds of afflictions.

Beloved, you can overcome poverty and dislodge it from your life. Let us examine some of the keys you can apply to achieve this all-important goal. The first key is believing God’s word and setting your priority correctly.

You must seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and other things shall be added to you, including money and all other good treasures of life. It is unfortunate that many people want to be rich and prosperous today but they do not want to be holy and righteous.

The second key is brokenness. This is absolute submission or surrenderness
to God in all areas of life. When you are broken, God will trust you and place His wealth in your hands because He knows you will use it only according to divine instructions.

The third key is giving. Giving freely and cheerfully will open the heavens and the storehouse of God for you. Giving is to be hospitable and generous towards God and others, not only on issue of finance, but in totality. As a Christian, you are called to give your offering, first fruit, alms, pay your tithe and show mercy to the poor as the Lord has commanded. No matter how small, always endeavor to give willingly and cheerfully to the Lord. Your reward will surpass your imagination!

I encourage you to use these keys today to dislodge poverty from your life and enter into your unending season of supernatural blessings, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Curse of poverty targeted against my destiny, blood of Jesus cancel them, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every cream of poverty, cie, in the name of Jesus.

3. (Lay your right hand on your head) Power of inherited poverty in my life, die, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

4. Cobwebs of darkness in my family line, die, in the name of Jesus.

5. Trademark of poverty, my life is not your candidate, die, in the name of Jesus.

6. Every foundational witchcraft sitting on my prosperity, what are you waiting for? Die, in the name of Jesus.

7. Every evil river in my place of birth swallowing my prosperity, dry up, in the name of Jesus.
